My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained, with a lack of basic amenities, which was incredibly disappointing. While the staff seemed to try their best, the overall service was lacking and left a lot to be desired. The dining options were overpriced and unappetizing, further tainting my experience. I definitely won’t be returning here.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, the state of the rooms and the service were below average. The staff’s attitude left much to be desired, especially from the management. Although there were some friendly faces among the room boys and waitstaff, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The Mezzanine rooms were in awful condition and not worth the price. The only positive were a few nice staff members, but overall the service left much to be desired. I really wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for comfort or cleanliness.
